- How do I reserve our day?A non-refundable deposit and signed contract is necessary to save your date. I do not hold dates without deposits. Deposit does go towards your package.
- What if we go over our time on the wedding day? Additional hours with packages are $250 an hour. If you go over on the wedding day a paypal invoice will be e-mailed to you.
- Will my images be on-line for family and friends to see? Yes. An on-line gallery at www.danielecarol.portraitstorefront.com will be up for 2 months. Friends and family may view and order images as they would like.
- I don’t know when everything should start or how much time things take. Can you help me with that? I will help you plan out your day to fit all your photography needs into your time allotted. I have years of experience in helping my girls figure out the logistics.
- What can I order form your storefront? Prints from 4x5-20x30, Albums, Canvases, digital files, thank you cards, and more items are added each month. All packages are shipped directly to you.
- When can I expect to see my images? Images are posted on-line within 6 weeks of your wedding. I try to get them done as soon as possible.
- How do I choose my digital files for the cd? Easy. Just add your favorites to your favorite basket in the storefront. I can see your favorites on my end and make your cd form that. You must confirm with me that you are finished choosing.
- Can I print photos from the CD? Yes. You may print them wherever you like. I do not guarantee the quality of prints from any lab.
- Can I post them on-line to Facebook or shutter fly? No. I have had a recent terrible experience with stolen unmarked images. Please do not post them on-line. You may order prints from shutter fly but I ask you to remove the images after you are done. Please respect these rules.
