- How do I reserve our day?A non-refundable deposit and signed contract is necessary to save your date. I do not hold dates without deposits. Deposit does go towards your package.
- What if we go over our time on the wedding day? If you go over on the wedding day a paypal invoice will be e-mailed to you. You can take care of it when you return from the honeymoon.
- Will my images be on-line for family and friends to see? Yes. An on-line gallery at www.dnaielecarol.zenfolio.com will be up for 12 months. Friends and family may view and order images.
- I don’t know when everything should start or how much time things take. Can you help me with that? YES.... I will work with you on your wedding day time line so everyone knows where and when to be ready. Preparing you for the actul day of events is vary important to me.
- What can I order form your storefront? Prints from little 4x5's up to huge murals at 20x30inches, Beautiful Custom Albums, Canvases, digital files, thank you cards. All items are shipped directly to you.
- When can I expect to see my images? Images are posted on-line within 4 weeks of your wedding. I try to get them done as soon as possible.
- Do you offer digital files? I do. BUT... In our line of work quality control is everything. From the camera, the computer to the printer it all has to work together to produce the absolute best quality. A bad print lab can make all my efforts look like garbage. And that's not what I want for you. I offer the option to add on a flash drive of all the images after you have a good hand full or beautiful tangible items from me.
- Will you copy somehting I saw on Pinterest? Not copy but I will take the inspiration and create something new for you. I want to connect with you and your fmaily and make our own magic happen so people pin OUR photos and want to be YOU.
